: : I 've used real juke box to record a cd on my pc and it record tracks in .rmx format. How can I convert .rmx to .mp3? : RMX files are secured music files. This means you can't convert them to other formats, record them onto a CD, or move them to a different hard drive. If you wish to record music files onto a CD, you must turn off the security feature of RealJukebox and then re-record the files using a different file format. : To turn off the security feature: : Start RealJukebox. : Click the Tools menu (Options in RealJukebox 1.0) and choose Preferences. : Click the Audio Quality tab (Encoding Options in RealJukebox 1.0). : Clear the Secure My Music Files When Encoding check box. : Read and agree to the terms in the Confirm Security dialog box. : Click OK to close the Confirm Security dialog box. : Click OK to save your changes and close Preferences. : To re-record your music: : Navigate to Tools/Preferences. : Select the Audio Quality tab and choose the desired format. (At this point you can toggle from one format to another.) : Re-record your music. :
