iPod.iTunes saves your time because it automatically only copies those tracks which are missing in the iTunes library, excluding duplicates. If you wish, it provides also an option to show a list of tracks which are not in iTunes and to copy only desired tracks from that list. Features - Keep music and playlists on different Macs up to date
- Do a full restore of tracks and playlists - i.e. after a hard disk failure
- Revert accident deletion of tracks and/or playlists
- Clone an iPod
- Transfer an entire music library from one Mac to another via the iPod.
New in v3.9.3 - When iPod.iTunes is launched with no iPod connected, you get additional direct step-by-step instructions how to avoid iTunes’ automatic iPod synchronization (which may delete content on the iPod you want to copy from).
- Settings tab: Playlist Prefix: There is now one entry field for each sync direction. Previously one field showed the one of the current sync directions which could be confusing.
- Synchronization: Manual copying: iPod.iTunes resizes the iTunes window in relation to the screen size.
- A confirmation dialog for the Cancel button in case it was accidently clicked.
- Under circumstances the “Sync” button did not respond when Return was pressed.
- Some dialogs are non-modal sheets now. More to come.
- The Log Display uses the better readable font Lucidia Grande.
