you have to download and install the program "eac" for copiing the music data from cd to your harddrive as wave-files. then download and install "dbpoweramp converter" which makes mp3-files out of your wave-files: you only select the tracks you want to convert and click the right mouse-button. in the menu use "convert to" and you can elect between lame-encoder or blade-encoder.
