I have no idea what the problem is and it seems like I've tried everything. I have a DSL connection, no limits, work it on a LAN, and nobody can get anything off me, and it's pissing me off. All that comes up is "Timed out - Waiting for incomming connection", it's like nothing can connect to me, and i can't send anyone anything. ANY suggestions would be a huge help. THX!
