The cartridge fit but the pins didn't match. : : : : usually those things only take famicom (japanese) nintendo cartridges. You might be able to find a US to famicom adaptor at lik-sang.com or on ebay or from some cool local video game dealers. they're not region coded, just the pins don't match like you found out. : : : : : : I am actually trying to figure out how to by a whole bunch of these.
