cd burning problems with mix 6

Hi All.. Sometimes MiM 6 pro doesnt start burning a cd. It reaches 50% then says complete. but no finished cd. use winXP Pro Corporate, atlon 1.5G, 1G SD ram. Can anyone help please. I am at a loss to fix it. Thanks.
