: it fixes corrupt mp3 frames. corrupt frames = clicks. altho the sound may skip afterwards. on the plus side you can increase or decrease the mp3's volume without re-encoding the mp3. wow!! now if it could only open longer/bigger mp3s.

You can fix bigger mp3's. a) Use a file splitter.
b) Rename the part extensions to .mp3. c) Find the section you need to edit & do so. d) Rename the parts back to their original extensions. e) Use the splitter to re-join the file & your edit will be included.
