In this version:

• used DEFAULT_CHARSET instead of ANSI_CHARSET in CreateFont() call, so now, more foreign text (song titles) should display properly
• made some small changes to make exiting the plugin a bit safer (changed the way winamp is minimized/restored; waited to destroy plugin window until window class was unregistered; removed a gratuitous 'setcursor' call at the very end.)
• marked the 'frame idle delay' more clearly in the advanced config panel: now says "Frame idle delay"
• in system settings/code generation, told it to use a multithreaded DLL run-time library (was set to single-threaded [non-DLL])
