i already down loaded my songs and i have pushed play and i still cant hear any thing i have the head phones on i have a new battery and i did every thing the way i was supose to but still it does not play it only skips from song to song when i push for the next one and it stays on 0 seconds. I cant hear any thing and the seconds dont change.
