There are a number of ways to accomplish this. Are you thinking on buying additional kit?

If so, you can acquire a Net MD Mini Disk. This will allow you to copy songs from CD onto Mini disk, but will only store them in Sony's Native Format, it will also convert from Windows Media Player format should you require it.

The alternative is, assuming your Mini Disk player has a Digital Input (Line In) port, is to use a CD Players optical (Digital) link to transfer the songs across. This has it's advantages as songs are kept in Digital Format when transfered across. You will get no degredation when transfering data this way, other than the Mini Disk conversion when it is converted to ATRAC for playing on the Mini Disk.

Failing this, just use your head phone socket on your audio equipment, and connect it to the Microphone socket on your PC, then you can simply use sound recorder to copy the Songs across (just remember to start the application after connecting all equipment, and press record), you can then convert to different formats using software from the Net.
Remember to use a gold connector if using this method and to watch the microphone volume as this can ruin it.
