I liked it but the Tag Editor kept getting an out of memory error.
This didn't happen with other editors that I tried, such as Analogx
Tag Master.

There's no program in the download Just a readme.

There is no program in the download. Only a readme file saying that
this program is no longer available. BUNK!!!!!
