mp3Trim is a simple and easy to use MP3 editor.
Its main advantage is that it works directly in the MP3 format without having to decode/re-encode, so it is very fast and doesn't degrade the music quality.
So, what exactly can mp3Trim do for you? mp3Trim can trim the parts that you want to discard. mp3Trim can adjust the volume - either manually or automatically (normalization) - for example, to amplify those pesky MP3s that sound too low. mp3Trim can fade-in/out (to fix abrupt beginning/ending). mp3Trim can clean up your MP3s and recover wasted disk space.

Been using this for a while, even paid to upgrade. Great program, wouldn't want to be without it. Author is a really nice person too:O)

What's this 3MB rubbish about? Mp3 Trim is a small program of around 200KB. I've used the previous version & it's good. Gerald X

This program downloaded in seconds, unzipped effortlessly, trimmed the beginning of my damaged mp3 and added a perfect fade-in at the trim site...all in under 10 minutes! Great stuff!!
this proggy is a must have...
it fixes corrupt mp3 frames. corrupt frames = clicks. altho the sound may skip afterwards. on the plus side you can increase or decrease the mp3's volume without re-encoding the mp3. wow!! now if it could only open longer/bigger mp3s.

You can fix bigger mp3's. a) Use a file splitter.
b) Rename the part extensions to .mp3. c) Find the section you need to edit & do so. d) Rename the parts back to their original extensions. e) Use the splitter to re-join the file & your edit will be included.
