Adj. throttle to lowest setting as possible. I have found that tweaking it up or down at the start of the D/L will yield the best results. Keep an eye on the D/L rate while making adjustments. As for bandwidth, leave it at the default setting. I live in the sticks too and I have to make adj. as I go along.
