i got a Classic XP3 CHD500 and it came with a software CD. it gave me musicmatch jukebox and supposedly the drivers for the CHD500. i went to download the songs to the mp3 player and it wouldnt work, the mp3 player wasnt being noticed plugged in, but on the mp3 player, it said USB so there wasnt a problem with the hardware. i cant get the drivers to install for the mp3 player so i need to kno how i can do this or if there is a site that i can go to so that i can download the drivers... please help
