Whatever format they're already in. Anything else will be either a waste of space, will degrade quality, or both.

If the burner can only burn those formats, then she is looking at the audio-CD options rather than data CD. You can burn just about ANYTHING to a data CD. It will only play on computer though.

If she indeed wants to burn an audio-CD and some of her music is not in a supported format, then WAV would be the best choice.
