The software it comes with only allows me to edit one at a time making cleaning up my artist list a headache. : : I have a Creative Jukebox Zen Extra : and have always used Red Chair software (known as Notmad!) which can be found at : http://www.redchairsoftware.com/notmad/ : where you will find a version for your unit. This application allows direct access to the tags on your player, multiple and single. Only one tip, I find I have to switch of my broadband connection to use it, it doesn't like sharing the USB bus - in fact, when using Notmad, I turn off just about all the processes likely to be trying to get back on line. : Not fre but not costly and well worth it.
