sony network walkman NW-E105

hi there, we recently purchased a used mp3 as noted above. for some reason we cannot download/upload music to it,..we can but it wont play,..i messed around with it trying to figure it out and accidently formatted the player. HELP!!!!

does anyone have info on how to fix my problem? i need instructions on how to put music on the walkman and be able to play it. please feel free to email me.
