: How Can I CONVERT a .aa (audible.com) file to mp3
: format? Thanks Bro!
Get a program called Goldwave (www.goldwave.com - it's free)Once installed click on "File" the "Batch conversion"
In the pop up box click "add files" browse in the directory your audible.com files are in. Change the "files of type' box from "supported files" to "all files".
In the destination settings box make sure MPEG audio (mp3) files is chosen. Choose the attributes - I set mine at the highest. Indicate your folder for where you want the converted files to go. Preferable in another folder (I lost some files when I said overwrite and don't know why yet). Then click begin. It takes a while to complete the process.
I have had no problem with convertig any of mine. I wanted to be able to play on my mp3 player and it didn't support audible.com fles.
