Disk Error on MP3 PLAYER

I have an unbranded MP3 player. i was loading and deleting songs from the folder and the next day I couldn't use it.
I just went into the Music folder, clicked on it to go into music and the following message came up "disk error"
What do i need to do? Any help would be appreciated.
