 Cannot Operate my MP3 player

: I just bought the MP3 player recently from Visual Land, VL340, used it for two weeks, then it stopped. I cannot get it to turn with the new battery or even connect to the computer's USB port. It cannot be detected anymore. I am using Windows XP, it's trying to reinstall the driver, but somehow there's a missing file called 'AdfuUd.sys' for the USB Mass Storage Device. The driver on the CD is for Windows 98 only. I cannot use the CD to install in Windows XP. Does anyone know how to get this file? or how to get it turn on again?? Please help thanks.
