Message:	: : : Hi Amber, : Okay Quiet simply as everyone has stated a m3u file is actually a playlist however you don't need actual software to convert it. Simply open the m3u file with windows media player (I used version 10) and once it's playing goto file, then save as... You should now be able to save it in mp3 format.
