Disk Error!

Ok last night i deleted all my songs to add new ones, once i did that i couldnt add anything and when i went to music on my mp3 player it said Disk Error. No Brand , Just a Stick type Digital Mp3 player and has voice recording, anyone know or have any ideas on how to fix this?
