I have experimented with several sound editing programs, camera techniques, voice recorderes, and pretty much anything you can think of. Honestly, the best way to get premium sound quality is to record in a closed room, which eliminates background noise. If the project you are working on doesn't allow for that kind of choice making, there are a few sound editing programs that can help you out. My personal favorite (its FREE!!!) is Goldwave. Just search for it on Google. After you've downloaded Goldwave, I can help you from there. Only email me if you need additional help downloading Goldwave.
