I did not say I don't submit to the Freedb , I always add what is not found , perhaps if everyone does then it will soon have the albums I can always find at gracenote .
Thanks for the tips re memory and other utilities , I already use them all except CDex which I will have a look at.
As for being badly written and thereby wanting loads of memory it should be at home with windows then.
My only real reason for using Musicmatch is that fore some reason it sounds the best with my hardware.But maybe there is a plug in or configuration for winamp I haven't discovered yet.
