Network problem - cannot listen to music online

I am unable to connect to the trident player and listen to the songs.
I have "Windows Media Player" and "Real Player" installed in my system.

The error I get when the system tries to contact the server is as follows in the RealPlayer message box:

"Connection to the server could not be established. You may be experiencing network problems.

Please let me know how this can be solves do I could enjoy the music online.
