How to download the cd for mp3 classic

I bought this really cheap used mp3 classic and it works fine.But it came without a disk and I called the place and they wouldnt give it to me.I went to the web sight you guys requested but it wouldnt work on my cp. Do you know of any other websites i can go on to download from or what should i do?
