when i record tapes and rm files it is done at 44/16 and this seems to be the highest.
can it be done at a higher rate?
so when i convert the new .wav file that is 44/16, is it any use to do it at a higher rate?
i know once an mp3 is made at a certain quality say 128kbps, it won't help changing it to 196 kbps.
i just thought maybe the numbering system for analog and digital recording quality might not match up.
ya know like fahrenheit and celsius. thanks.
