| Problems with my Yepp NEU! |

I installed my yepp explorer software, and connected my mp3 player with no problems, then I got a message that said, "unable aquire port. Please restart windows. Or your system cou..." Thats all the message allowed me to view. Cannot maximize window. Checked status of the mp3 player in the USB staus window.. checks good. Uninstalled software, and tryed again. Same message. My USB connection checks good as well. Anybody know what may be going on with this?! Follow-Ups: |
