Help with MtV Evolution Mp3 Player

I keep getting the messege that the file Mp3Drv.sys is needed and to specify where the file is located... I have the Software for the Mp3 player (64mb) is there a site where I can DL drivers? I am using Windows XP. The Software disk is kind of scratched up, sooo... I need to know if I can DL it somewhere free? Thanks.
