Hey I recently got one of these players myself and what I found was even with the drivers the converter was garbage sooo, I did some research and found a great one that makes smooth video and not that choppy crap making everyone in the video look like they're doing the robot....LOL! if you want a simple solution here it is: Download "DMV Tools II" and covert with that saving the file to your desk top then open up the Audios files on the player, next the music folder and copy then pate the files you made into the music folder.... WALLAHH!! A nice movie, video or what ever you are into...lol! ENJOY!
