To download: do as you think you should ie. from windows media, real player, or directly from a folder. The rest happened by chance: when I for the umpteenth time connected to the computer the dialogue window that asks what you want to do opened up. One of the options is something like "open folder to view files with window explorer." All my downloads that I could not find were there. I cut and paste them all into the Music folder (which is under the Audios folder). Back to the mp3 and there they were - finally!!!! Spread the word. Sorry if I'm not too clear, but I'm not a computer fundi.
