mp3 dead afer upgradation

hi
i tried to upgrade my mp3 player with pen drive by sony but it is not working
when i connect it pc it is in recovey phase i tried to recover it by firmware file 3.0.25 an dsome other but the message comes "FLASH IS NO RESPONDING"
PLZ CA ANY ONE HELP ME OUT
