I found that if you plug into your computer, go to my computer, select f: disk(removable disk) double click it should open. Then there should be a folder for music, double click. It should be empty. Then just drag and drop from your own downloaded music files. : Now does anyone know how to erase the music once it is on the player. I have tried to drag and drop to the recycle bin or erase the whole folder but nothing works. I can't get rid of the music I put on it.
