i had the same error but i have solved it
to solve this error attach ur mp3 player to the usb and right click My computer =>properties=>hardware=>device manager
look for the mp3 driver there (I HAVE IT UNDER DISK DRIVES )and then double click on it then press on POLICIES tab and choose OPTIMIZE FOR PERFORMANCE
iMPORTANT note :-
If u choose, "optimize for performance" every time u want to remove the mp3 player from ur computer "U MUST USE SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE " OR ELSE THE DEVICE MAY BE CORRUPTED
