Daria, first look at your sleep mode if 0 then extend to a longer time. Now the music you may be playing might be write-protected. When playing does it start with Format Error then turns off. If that is it try burning your music onto a cd while not being online. Burning cds can remove the info from the cds then rename it. If you download off of Napster or another site. You might have to see if your MP3 is compatible. Remember burn your music without being online.
Do you have a driver cd? Upload onto computer this might help too.
