Ok, it took some serious skill for me to figure it out. Try My computer bring up your MP4. Have your music in Windows Media 10 ready to be transfered to MP4. In a diffferent window bring up your contents of the MP4 with my documents or my computer. Ok on the left select to create a new folder. In fact create two. Be creative like "Hip Hop" or "80's music". Ok when thats done. Close that window ! Now with WM10 transfer two types of music those that you want in your two folders. Becareful not to transfer more than 99 songs at once. Be familiar with your songs. When you finished transfering close WM10. Now open My Documents and choose MP4 you should see both your "empty" folders and your music. Drag your music into one or the other. Remember that your folders only hold 99 songs each up to a total of 240 depending on your songs length. Good luck, Callmeshyguy
