Message:	: I have the same problem. It won't stay on random or the eq setting i choose. Did you figure out a way to get it so save those settings? As for the directory problem...i was to lazy to put the songs in folders, and left them on root. I just randomly play them from there. : : I got a Venturer/Audiovox SMP3338 512MB MP3/WMA player a few days ago. It works great and everything but there are a few annoying factors I'd like to change: : : -When I turn it on it's always paused in the middle of a song I was nowhere near listening to : : -I always have to change it from "DIR Normal" to "Random" when I turn it on. I'd like it to stay at random. And everytime I change it to random, it's in the ROOT folder, which has 8 songs I uploaded but for some reason are in this seperate folder. : : -I have to go into Browser and select the "up_dir" folder (which I think should be labelled "MP3's" because that's the name of the PC folder they're out of. But the ROOT folder is named that in the Browser) and then it always starts in the Q section and to skip to the next song it just goes alphabetically unless I press play and then change tracks. : : -Now when I upload more songs(I deleted the 8 songs from the ROOT folder because it got annoying so everytime I change it to Random it's in ROOT but it says there are no songs in the folder, which there aren't so fuck off folder) the other songs I upload are at the bottom of the other ones and over to the left in Windows Media. Why the hell. They're not from different PC folders or anything. : : In conclusion, is there any way to keep it on Random and make it open the right god damn folder and NOT put random songs into this retarded ROOT folder? : : I just got this mp3 3 hours ago, yet it works fine. Maybe you forgot to press the play button when you selected the option that you want.
