Hey thanks!

Now my files won't work on the player cause my player needs a firmware update to be able to play music bought online, I downloaded it from samsung and followed the directions and they said I need to click on the setup.exe file and the zip I downloaded from them doesn't even have it in there!!

Am I completely blind or is samsung sending me in a loop!

THANK YOU!!!

: As you run WinXP as an OS, try right clicking on the .exe file/properties. and go to compatability menu "run as win95"

: : I am sooooooooooooooooo confused, please HELP ME!!!!

: : I somehow got all my MP3s to transfer to the folder I created in it before the riper was installed, and the player says its memory is full, but it doesn't play anything, it just keeps turning off no matter what I push..... this thing is the biggest piece of...........grrrr

: : PLEASE e-mail me if you have any info!! raychille@yahoo.com, or just help me out with a kind reply, thanks!!!
