If you have microsoft word try inserting the file in microsoft word as a picture. : : : A dialog box will come up asking for the format to convert from. Chose the picture it format. Good Luck!! : : I came across the same problem. What I did was import it into a Word document then chose edit and cut the image and pasted it into paint and saved it to the format I wanted. Worked fine.
