Message:	: Dear friend, I just received a used xp3 player today. It comes on and the menu works. But when I plug it in to my computer, it stays on the picture of the computer that shows the sign (U S B).It won't move from there or do any thing. Do I need some kind of book to work it, do I need a special down load to work it or is it just out of date or broke ? (john)
