I have written supportplus an email and they send me the following link for new firmware (they thought it was a software problem): : : http://www.supportplus.org/download/mp3/ : : : : It isn't guaranteed to work (it didn't work with my player), but supportplus wrote me that if it didn't work I should bring the unit back to the shop and ask for a new one. Im bringing mine back to the store tommorow :(
