Message:	: I bought a 40 Gig jukebox a while ago and only began using it in January but the earphone jack has apparently become loose and I have trouble getting sound out of both sides unless it's in *exactly* the right place. I read that this has been a repeated problem with some Creative Nomad Zens before. Has anyone had this happen and what has been the solution? I believe the warranty is only for 90 days and it was purchased last March but it's only been in use for less than 2 months. Has Creative fixed this for owners since it seems to be a repeated defect? : Thanks for any help you can give me!
