Message:	: : WinAmp can create m3u playlists pretty easily. Just put all the songs in order in the playlist editor, and when you're done just hit List Options > Save List. Give the list a name and location and hit Save. Then remember not to move the files, or it won't be able to find them. : I'm sure there are many other ways to create m3u playlists.
