: : Can anyone e-mail me the files that come with this player. I have deleted them by accident. : : My player shows "No files" when I try and play music. : : Please help ?? : Hi, I've got an ONKI which doesn't download direct as it won't put the download into the correct sub folder automatically which causes a "no files" error. The only way around i found is to open up the device in Windows explorer and you'll see three sub folders"audio",dvr" and "music" .Then " drag and drop" into the "music" sub folder. I had a problem with no files" (onki n-228) and emailed the supplier who told me to format the drive. I did and it worked a treat.. My drive showed no files present after formatting but i can load files (via Windows Explorer) without problems so i suspect that the software that runs the drive is "hidden" and you can't delete it and therefore don't need to reload it. Format through My computer/new/format and choose the "thorough" option. It may seem extreme but I promise it worked 100% for me on a ONKI N-228
