If it supports playlists, then you could make an M3U playlist in Winamp with the proper song order...

If it doesn't support playlists, then the way to get the songs in ordr would be to prepend each file name with a number, for instance:
01 - Queen - Fat Bottomed Girls.mp3
02 - Beatles - Twist And Shout.mp3
03 - Jimmy Soul - If You Wanna Be Happy.mp3
