Problem on Maxell Jumper2 MP3 Player

I used the Maxell Jumper2 link software to formate the addition MMC card. But I have tried several times, the formate still failure.
And the software does not detected the addition MMC card.

Does anybody has the solution. Pls let me know at soon as possible.
