: : I desperately need help with finding a software that will convert my dad's old RA music into cda foramt so that he can enjoy them on the new cd player I bought him for his retirement. : : Can you please help ?? : : thanks and have a happy new year. : : Use one of the conversion tools here to convert them to .wav files.. : http://www.angelfire.com/rock/motar/sounds/convert.html : Use whatever CD burning software that came with your CD burner to burn an audio CD using the .wav files. : .cda are not song files. They are nothing but information to tell your hardware or software where the raw audio data is located on a cd. If other words, you don't convert a sound file to a .cda format. You simply burn a cd and the burning software will create a cda file to indicate where the sound data is on the disc.
