i have rca lyra 2010 ...i was tranfering files and the system freeze up .i think pull the usb cable without stopping the device. now the rca cant turn on.. the rca sigh will flash and it will go off. computer cannot detect the device no more any helps

: Did you reburn the flash memory? Is the firmware still on your harddrive or did you delete it?

: Plug in the Lyra, press and hold the ON button for at least 20 secs, then start the Update Device program. It will automatically burn the firmware onto the player.

:
: : I exchanged my old Rio One on warranty (he had a little accident... hehe) to get a brand new Lyra 1071. But as I was transferring files with Explorer, it locked up and windows displayed a blue screen saying "data will be lost, cannot write to drive etc.) then the player won't open again and even with "recovery" mode it didn't work. I thought this thing was "fuck-proof" unlike my Rio but I'm disappointed... Please help! Thanks in advance!
