Can't connect to Dsl hook up

When I click on WinMix, a window comes up with 2 questions, one is for Dial up and the other is for Dsl. I want the Dsl hook up. I get a message saying (No TCP port for incoming connection)
The other is(No UDP port for incoming and outgoing packets) How do I set this up.
