Good Sound At Windows Media But Bad Sound At Other Players

Hallo, could someone advise me please why some of my mp3s have bad sound when play with Winamp or other players but it sounds normal when played with Windows Media Player?

The bitrates are mostly 192kbps. This is one of the mp3 infos:
MPEG 1.0 Layer 3
192kbit, 9599 frames
44100Hz Stereo
CRCs: No
